BOOKING YOUR VISIT
Do I need to know which treatment to book?
Not at all. If you're unsure where to begin, simply schedule the experience that feels most appropriate or reach out before booking. Your skin will be assessed, and recommendations will be made based on your individual concerns and goals.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes. A consultation is a wonderful place to start if you're new to professional skincare or have multiple skin concerns. Consultations are complimentary.
How do I book an appointment?
Appointments may be scheduled by contacting the studio directly either by email or phone.

Is every treatment customized?
Yes. Every treatment is tailored to your skin, concerns, and goals using professional products and evidence-based techniques.
How often should I have a facial?
For most guests, every four to six weeks is ideal. Depending on your skin and treatment plan, more or less frequent visits may be recommended.concerns. Consultations are complimentary.
Is there downtime after treatments?
Most facials require little to no downtime. Advanced treatments such as microneedling and certain chemical peels may involve a few days of recovery, and you'll receive personalized aftercare instructions before leaving your appointment.
Do you treat acne?
Yes. As a Face Reality Certified Acne Expert, personalized acne treatments and home care recommendations are available to help improve both active acne and overall skin health.

What should I do before my appointment?
Please arrive a few minutes early for your first visit and complete any intake forms before your appointment. If you're using prescription skincare or have recently had Botox, fillers, or laser treatments, please let us know beforehand.
What if I have sensitive skin?
Every treatment is customized with your skin's health and comfort in mind. Sensitive skin and rosacea require a gentle approach, and your treatment will be adjusted accordingly.

Yes. Every appointment is reserved for one guest, allowing each visit to remain calm, private and personalized.you're using prescription skincare or have recently had Botox, fillers, or laser treatments, please let us know beforehand.
What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. If you cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice or you will be charged 50% to 100% of the service charge.
